About the position.
As maintenance manager, you are responsible for the entire technical services department and the maintenance policy for the production installations. You lead a team of mechanics, electricians and/or instrumentation technicians and ensure that machine and installation availability remains optimal. You work closely with production and engineering.
What will you be doing?
- Leading the maintenance team (mechanical, electrical and/or instrumentation) and planning tasks and rosters
- Drawing up and monitoring the preventive and corrective maintenance plan for all production installations
- Monitoring machine availability (MTTR, MTBF) and reporting on technical KPIs
- Managing the budget for maintenance, spare parts and external contractors
- Coordinating shutdown repairs, major overhauls and expansion projects
- Ensuring safety during maintenance work (LOTOTO, permit-to-work system)
What we ask of you.
- HBO degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or maintenance management
- At least 7 years' experience in a technical services department, including 3 years in a supervisory position
- Knowledge of TPM, RCM or other maintenance methodologies
- Experience with CMMS systems (SAP PM, Ultimo or similar) is required
