Paint Warehouse Manager / Paint Mixer

About the position.

Responsible for preparing and mixing paints for production. Managing the paint warehouse and inventory. Ensuring accuracy, quality, and continuity in the paint process

What will you be doing?

• Prepare and mix paints based on technical recipes and specifications
• Measure and control color, viscosity, and quality of mixtures
• Manage paint inventory and ensure timely ordering of materials
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Register usage, consumption, and quality data in systems
• Identify and resolve deviations in the process

What we ask of you.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience with mixing processes (chemical or paint-related)
• Ability to follow technical instructions and recipes precisely
• Basic knowledge of quality control (color, viscosity)
• Organizational and administrative skills

Bonus — nice to have:

• MBO-level education or equivalent working/thinking level
• Experience with chemical processes or paint production preferred
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Experience with inventory or warehouse management is a plus
