About the position.
Working as a Construction Bench Worker in a modern workshop. Responsible for the full fabrication process from drawing to finishing. Producing high-quality metal constructions with precision
What will you be doing?
- Assemble and weld complex metal constructions from drawings
- Perform metalworking operations (cutting, drilling, bending, grinding)
- Ensure high-quality finishing for coating or painting
- Work with modern machines and tools
- Contribute ideas to improve designs and processes
What we ask of you.
- Strong welding skills (MIG/MAG, TIG is a plus)
- Ability to read 2D and 3D technical drawings
- Experience with metalworking techniques (sawing, drilling, bending, grinding)
- High level of precision and craftsmanship
- Technical insight and problem-solving mindset
Bonus — nice to have:
- Proven experience as a construction bench worker
- Experience in stair construction or fine metalworking is preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team
