Assembler / Welder
in Eindhoven region.

About the position.

In this role, you combine assembly work with welding: you build up structures, tack them together and complete the welded joints yourself. This makes you responsible for both the dimensions and the weld quality. You work independently on orders ranging from small to medium-sized batches.

What will you be doing?

• Assembling steel or aluminium parts from working drawings
• Tack-welding and fully welding joints using MIG/MAG or TIG
• Checking dimensions and weld quality before and after welding
• Finishing welded joints by grinding and deburring
• Consulting the work planner in the event of drawing or material deviations
• Looking after your own workstation and complying with safety procedures

What we ask of you.

• MBO level 2 or 3 in Welding, Structural Metalwork or Metal Engineering
• Practical experience with both assembly and MIG/MAG or TIG welding
• Able to read technical 2D drawings independently
• Quality-focused and willing to check and correct your own welding work
• A welding qualification (e.g. EN ISO 9606) is an advantage but not a strict requirement
