Field Service Technician
in Eindhoven region.

About the position.

As a field service technician, you are the company's face at the customer's site. You travel to clients in the region or across the country to install machines, carry out maintenance or resolve faults. You communicate clearly with the customer and work in a structured way, even when the pressure is on.

What will you be doing?

• Installing and commissioning machines and installations at customer sites
• Carrying out preventive maintenance according to the maintenance schedule and job sheet
• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electromechanical faults
• Instructing the customer's operators and maintenance staff at handover
• Drawing up service reports and findings after every call-out
• Coordinating priorities and parts availability with planning

What we ask of you.

• MBO level 3 or 4 in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
• At least 2 years' relevant experience as a field service or maintenance technician
• Driving licence (category B) mandatory; willingness to travel and occasionally stay overnight
• Strong communication skills with customers
• Familiarity with reading electrical diagrams is a strong advantage
