About the position.

Responsible for operating and setting up laser cutting machines, producing precise metal parts based on technical drawings. You ensure that production runs smoothly, quality standards are met, and finished products meet customer requirements. You work independently, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and contribute to an efficient production process. Supporting colleagues in other departments is also part of the role when needed.

What will you be doing?

• Set up and operate laser cutting machines
• Produce precision metal components according to technical drawings
• Monitor production quality and perform checks
• Ensure efficient and safe machine operation
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace
• Work independently and take responsibility for output
• Support other production departments when needed

What we ask of you.

• Ability to read technical drawings
• Experience with (or willingness to learn) laser cutting machines
• Understanding of sheet metal processing (laser/punching)
• Basic knowledge of materials such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
• Technical affinity and interest in machine-based production

Bonus — nice to have:

• Experience as a laser operator is a plus
• Experience in metalworking or machine operation is an advantage
• No experience required for motivated starters (training provided)
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to learn are essential
