About the position.
Working on steel construction projects in a workshop environment. Starting with routine tasks and growing into the full steel processing workflow. Contributing to high-quality structural steel products
What will you be doing?
- Welding, grinding, and drilling steel constructions
- Working from technical drawings and specifications
- Operating machines such as welding, grinding, punching, and drilling systems
- Performing quality checks and following safety standards
- Collaborating with the workshop foreman and team
What we ask of you.
- Knowledge of welding techniques (MIG/MAG)
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Experience with tools and machines (welding, grinding, drilling, sawing)
- Strong focus on safety and quality
- Problem-solving skills and technical insight
Bonus — nice to have:
- Technical education (construction/engineering) or relevant work experience
- Experience in welding and steel construction
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good communication skills (Dutch required)
