About the position.
As a supply chain planner, you keep the overview of the entire chain: from purchasing and production to delivery to the customer. You analyse data, identify bottlenecks early and liaise with suppliers, production and sales. Your planning helps determine whether customers are served on time.
What will you be doing?
- Drawing up and monitoring production and delivery schedules
- Liaising with suppliers on delivery times, capacity and stock
- Analysing stock levels and initiating replenishment orders
- Identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the chain
- Reporting on KPIs such as on-time delivery, days of inventory and service level
- Improving planning processes and contributing to supply chain projects
What we ask of you.
- HBO working and thinking level, in logistics, supply chain management or business administration
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar planning position
- Demonstrable knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or similar)
- Strong analytical ability and experience with Excel or BI tools
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
