About the position.
As an order picker, you assemble customer orders in a warehouse based on pick lists or a voice or scanning system. You work quickly but accurately, because errors in an order cost time and customer trust. As part of a well-functioning team, you contribute to a smooth dispatch routine.
What will you be doing?
- Picking products based on a pick list, scanner or voice system
- Checking item, quantities and location for every pick task
- Packing and labelling orders for shipping
- Delivering picked orders to the packing station or dispatch
- Identifying location errors, damaged items or stock discrepancies
- Helping to tidy and replenish pick locations
What we ask of you.
- At least MBO working and thinking level (no specific qualification required)
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar logistics role is an advantage
- Used to working with a handheld scanner or voice-picking system
- Physically resilient (walking and lifting throughout the entire shift)
- Available for day shifts, early shifts or shift work
