Composite Production Operative
in Eindhoven region.

About the position.

As a composite production operative, you work with glass fibre, carbon fibre or other fibre-reinforced plastics in a hand lay-up, infusion or prepreg environment. You monitor laminate quality and work precisely on components that must meet demanding mechanical requirements. In this role, experience with composite processing is not a luxury but a necessity.

What will you be doing?

• Processing composite materials using hand lay-up, vacuum infusion or prepreg methods
• Cutting and positioning fibre fabrics and cores in line with the working drawing
• Monitoring and checking resin mixing (mix ratio, pot life, processing)
• Demoulding and finishing composite products (sawing, drilling, sanding)
• Checking for imperfections such as delamination, air pockets or resin-rich areas
• Recording material usage and traceability records per production order

What we ask of you.

• MBO level 2 or 3 in Plastics Processing, Aircraft Engineering or similar
• Hands-on experience with composite processing (laminating, infusion or autoclave) is required
• Familiarity with safety rules for epoxy, resins and organic vapours (use of PPE)
• Precise manual work, patience for longer production cycles and an eye for quality details
