About the position.

As a wheel loader operator, you handle soil, aggregate and building materials with the wheel loader at pace and with precision. You work on construction sites, soil storage locations and infrastructure yards in the Eindhoven region. The wheel loader is your tool and you know how to do everything with it.

What will you be doing?

• Operating a wheel loader (shovel) for loading, unloading and moving soil, sand, gravel and recycled aggregate
• Supplying material to earthmoving crews and contractors on site
• Carrying out daily safety and fluid inspections in accordance with the machine manual
• Assisting with loading lorries and delivering to the correct location within the site
• Monitoring the quality of the processed material (contamination, material separation)
• Coordinating your own work sequence in consultation with the work planner or shift leader

What we ask of you.

• Valid shovel/wheel loader certificate (SVB Grond, CWO WLD or equivalent)
• At least 2 years' hands-on experience on a wheel loader in construction or recycling
• VCA Basis; driving licence (category B) (licence C is an advantage)
• Understanding of stability limits, load weights and safe working distances
• Works independently and efficiently with an eye for material waste and safety
