Project and Work Planner
in Eindhoven region.

About the position.

As Project and Work Planner, you make sure projects and work orders are carried out at the right time, with the right people and resources. You are the link between sales, engineering, purchasing and the shop floor. A realistic schedule is your tool, and adjusting it based on current progress is your daily business.

What will you be doing?

• Drawing up and monitoring work and project schedules in MS Project or similar
• Aligning the capacity and availability of staff and materials
• Identifying bottlenecks in the schedule and proactively proposing solutions
• Coordinating the sequence of work with foremen and project leaders
• Keeping progress reports up to date and communicating deviations
• Supporting the preparation of new projects and work packages

What we ask of you.

• MBO 4 or HBO working and thinking level; a technical background is an advantage
• At least 3 years' experience as a planner in a technical or industrial environment
• Skilled with planning software (MS Project, Primavera or similar)
• Strong at keeping the overview, setting priorities and communicating clearly
• Able to work under pressure and to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
