About the position.

As an aluminium window frame fitter, you specialise in installing and adjusting aluminium window and door profiles on new-build and renovation projects in commercial and residential construction. You work with prefabricated profiles and are responsible for correct, airtight and watertight installation. Precision and technical insight are at the heart of this work.

What will you be doing?

• Installing aluminium frames, curtain walls and window units based on assembly drawings
• Fitting EPDM seals, end profiles and thermal breaks
• Aligning and securing frames with plugs, screws and adjustment bolts
• Fitting double glazing and insulation panels in pressed aluminium rubber
• Carrying out final checks on plumb, level, clearance and closing force
• Coordinating the order of work with glaziers, plasterers and finishing coordinators

What we ask of you.

• MBO level 3 Window Frame Fitter or metalworking, or at least 3 years' experience with aluminium profile systems
• Knowledge of aluminium profile systems (e.g. Reynaers, Wicona, Schuco) is a strong advantage
• VCA Basic certificate desirable
• Driving licence (category B) and the technical ability to work from 2D assembly drawings
