About the role.
Sales with us is not a target factory. You have room to build relationships that last for years. You work closely with recruiters, visit clients, negotiate rates and spot opportunities for yourself and for the team.
What will you be doing?
- Business development within metal and engineering
- Expanding existing client relationships
- Working with recruitment to deliver quickly
- Preparing and following up on quotations
- Visiting clients - production halls and offices alike
- Contributing ideas to the commercial strategy
What we ask of you.
- A commercial mindset and perseverance
- Strong communication skills - in writing and face to face
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Driving licence (category B)
