About the position.

Working as a Foundry Operator in a technical production environment. Responsible for casting and processing metal components. Contributing to a safe, efficient, and high-quality foundry process

What will you be doing?

• Prepare molds and materials for casting
• Operate furnaces and casting equipment
• Pour and process molten metal safely
• Inspect cast products for quality and defects
• Perform finishing tasks such as cleaning or grinding
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

What we ask of you.

• Affinity with metalworking and casting processes
• Ability to work with machines, furnaces, and tools
• Understanding of safety procedures in an industrial environment
• Attention to detail and quality awareness
• Hands-on and physically fit

Bonus — nice to have:

• Experience in a foundry or metal production environment is preferred
• Technical background (MBO level) is a plus
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role
• Ability to work independently and in a team
