About the position.
You will work in a small team (2–3 people) on-site at private customers, performing dismantling, pre-assembly, installation, and finishing work. The majority of the work involves plastic components. You ensure high-quality execution, work independently, and represent Venturo professionally at the customer's location. One team member must be Dutch-speaking.
What will you be doing?
- Dismantling, pre-assembly, installation, and finishing work on-site
- Working at private customer locations
- Delivering high-quality and clean workmanship
- Working independently as a team of 2–3 people
- Communicating with customers (Dutch-speaking required in team)
- Handling tools, materials, and transport responsibly
- Solving practical issues on location
What we ask of you.
- Experience in on-site installation work
- Ability to work with plastic materials (majority of work)
- Skilled in dismantling, pre-assembly, and finishing tasks
- Ability to work independently and in a small team
- Own tools and equipment (strong preference)
- Driving license (own bus and trailer preferred)
- At least one Dutch-speaking team member in the team
Bonus — nice to have:
- Experience in installation, construction, or technical fieldwork
- ZZP experience is preferred
- Proven ability to work independently
- Experience working in small teams (2–3 people)
- Practical, hands-on mentality is essential
