About the role.
You are the first point of contact for our temporary workers and colleagues for everything relating to their work. Contracts, files, intakes, questions - you handle it all neatly and keep the overview. Behind the scenes, everything that is visible at the front runs through you.
What will you be doing?
- Guiding candidates from intake to placement
- Drawing up and processing contracts
- Onboarding new temporary workers
- Managing personnel files
- Maintaining contact with employees, clients and colleagues
- Supporting recruitment where needed
What we ask of you.
- MBO/HBO in HRM, administration or similar
- Accurate and structured
- People-oriented with strong communication skills
- Dutch and English at a professional working level
