About the role.

One moment you're talking to a Portuguese welder who has just arrived, the next a production manager calls because he urgently needs two CNC machinists. You sort it out. You know your candidates, you know your clients, and you make sure the match works not just on paper, but in practice.

What will you be doing?

• Recruiting, interviewing and placing skilled technical workers
• Conducting intakes and asking questions until you really know who is in front of you
• Maintaining client contact: not as a salesperson, but as an adviser
• Writing, posting and refreshing vacancies
• Supporting employees during their placement and making adjustments where needed
• Spotting opportunities in the market and turning them into placements

What we ask of you.

• Strong communication skills
• Dutch and English at a professional working level
• Energy, drive and the ability to switch quickly
• MBO+ working and thinking level
