About the role.
One moment you’re chatting to a Portuguese welder who’s just arrived, the next a production manager is on the phone because he urgently needs two CNC operators. You sort it out. You know your candidates, you know your clients, and you ensure the match is right not just on paper, but in practice.
What will you be doing?
- Recruiting, interviewing and placing skilled professionals
- Conducting interviews and asking probing questions until you really know who you’re dealing with
- Maintaining client contact: not as a salesperson, but as an advisor
- Writing, posting and updating vacancies
- Supporting employees during their placement and providing guidance where necessary
- Identifying opportunities in the market and converting them into placements
What we ask of you.
- Strong communication skills
- Working proficiency in Dutch and English
- Energy, drive and the ability to adapt quickly
- MBO+ level of working and thinking
