About the role.
You will manage our key accounts: companies we have been working with for years and which we can help take much further. You will be a strategic sparring partner, not just a supplier. You will know what is going on with your client before they even mention it themselves.
What will you be doing?
- Managing and developing key accounts in engineering
- Building strategic client relationships (over years, not quarters)
- Translating staffing needs into concrete solutions
- Negotiating rates and framework agreements
- Drawing up and monitoring account plans
- Working closely with recruitment and sales
What we’re looking for in you.
- Proven experience in account management or sales
- Strong at bridging the gap between strategy and operations
- Confident in negotiations, without damaging relationships
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Category B driving licence
