What will you be doing?
- Managing and developing the recruitment and sales team
- Optimising processes – working smarter, not harder
- Focusing on growth, margin and quality
- Acting as a sparring partner for the management team on strategy and expansion (the Netherlands, Portugal and beyond)
- Maintaining relationships with key clients
- Fostering a culture where people want to stay
What we’re looking for in you.
- Demonstrable management experience in staffing, secondment or temporary work
- Ability to switch seamlessly between operations, people and figures
- Decisive and professional – without being pushy
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Higher vocational education (HBO+) level of working and thinking
