About the position.
Working as a Pre-Treatment Worker in the paint department. Preparing metal components for the wet painting process. Ensuring high-quality finishing of precision parts
What will you be doing?
- Clean and degrease metal components
- Apply filler where needed
- Sand and smooth surfaces according to instructions
- Perform visual quality checks
- Collaborate with painting and quality departments
What we ask of you.
- Attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work with hand tools and surface treatments
- Basic understanding of cleaning, sanding, and finishing processes
- Quality awareness and inspection skills
- Teamwork and communication skills
Bonus — nice to have:
- Experience in pre-treatment, sanding, or surface finishing is a plus
