About the role.
With over 200 skilled professionals on the payroll, placements throughout the Netherlands and a rapidly growing team, there is plenty for an HR intern to learn. You’ll learn the trade in practice: contracts, onboarding, files, interviews. No dry theory – just real-life cases.
What will you be doing?
- Assist with recruitment and selection
- Scheduling and preparing intakes
- Maintain contact with candidates and temporary staff
- Supporting the onboarding of new employees
- HR administration and contract management
- Contributing ideas for process improvements
What we’re looking for in you.
- Vocational, higher vocational or university degree in HRM, Psychology or Business Administration
- Accurate and organised
- Eager to learn and sociable
- Not afraid to pick up the phone
- Working-level Dutch
