About the role.
With 200+ skilled workers on the payroll, placements throughout the Netherlands and a fast-growing team, there is a lot for an HR intern to learn. You learn the trade in practice: contracts, onboarding, files, conversations. No dry theory - just real cases.
What will you be doing?
- Taking part in recruitment and selection
- Scheduling and preparing intakes
- Maintaining contact with candidates and temporary workers
- Supporting the onboarding of new employees
- HR administration and contract management
- Contributing ideas for process improvements
What we ask of you.
- MBO/HBO/university education in HRM, Psychology or Business Administration
- Accurate and structured
- Eager to learn and sociable
- Not afraid to pick up the phone
- Dutch at a professional working level
