About the role.
Posting a vacancy and hoping someone responds? That’s not recruitment. With us, you’ll learn how to proactively find talent, how to conduct a good initial interview, and how to tell if a candidate is truly the right fit for a client. It’s intensive, varied, and you’ll see the results of your work straight away.
What will you be doing?
- Search for, approach and select candidates
- Conducting intake interviews (first by listening in, then on your own)
- Matching based on engineering skills and personal fit
- Writing and posting vacancies
- Maintaining contact with candidates and clients
- Contributing ideas on recruitment strategy
What we’re looking for in you.
- MBO/HBO/university degree in HRM, Business Economics or similar
- Strong communication skills and a sociable nature
- Commercially minded
- Not afraid to make phone calls
- Working proficiency in Dutch and English
