You have overall responsibility for the Eindhoven branch: turnover, team, clients, quality. You coach your recruiters, open doors with clients yourself and drive results without over-managing your team.
What will you be doing?
- Managing, motivating and developing the team
- Responsible for turnover, margin and placement growth
- Further developing existing clients and bringing in new ones
- Managing recruitment processes and planning
- Monitoring quality and candidate experience
- Helping to shape FlexHero’s broader strategy
What we’re looking for in you.
- Experience in management within staffing companies, secondment or recruitment
- A commercial mindset and a focus on results
- Ability to motivate people without burning them out
- Ability to adapt quickly without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Fluent in Dutch and English
