About the role.
You have ultimate responsibility for the Eindhoven branch: revenue, team, clients and quality. You coach your recruiters, open doors with clients yourself and steer towards results without micromanaging your team into the ground.
What will you be doing?
- Leading, motivating and developing the team
- Responsible for revenue, margin and growth in placements
- Expanding existing client relationships and winning new ones
- Managing recruitment processes and planning
- Safeguarding quality and the candidate experience
- Helping to shape FlexHero's wider strategy
What we ask of you.
- Leadership experience in staffing, secondment or recruitment
- A commercial mindset and results-driven approach
- Able to motivate people without wearing them out
- Able to switch quickly without losing the overview
- Fluent in Dutch and English
