How do I request a skilled worker?

Three ways: form, WhatsApp or call directly. What do we need to deliver quickly?

A request in four steps

Requesting a skilled worker from FlexHero takes about 5 minutes. The approach differs slightly per route, but we always go through these four steps — and always with the same promise: the first profiles are ready within 48 hours.

Step 1: Choose your route

The fastest way is via the request form on our website (type /aanvraag). For urgent requests: call +31 85 62 05 000 or WhatsApp. Existing clients log in to the client portal.

Step 2: Share the essentials

Role, number of people, start date, location, preferred working hours, experience requirement (mid-level/senior) and any certificates (VCA, forklift, welding certificate). The more specific, the faster we match.

Step 3: Receive profiles within 48 hours

Our recruiter selects candidates from our pool of 250+ skilled workers. You receive 2–4 anonymous profiles by email or in the client portal. No blind CV dump.

Step 4: Approval & onboarding

You give the go-ahead for one or more profiles. We arrange the contract, ID check, housing (if needed) and transport to the workplace. The skilled worker reports on the agreed date.

What's in a profile?

Every candidate is presented anonymously in a standardised profile with:

• Job title and relevant work experience (years + type of company)
• Key machines/processes/certificates
• Availability (start date, shifts, period)
• Language levels (NL/EN/ES/PT/IT)
• Place of residence and willingness to travel
• Recruiter's notes ("why this person fits")

Personal details (name, home address, photo) are only shared after you agree to an interview.

How quickly can we deliver?

Rule of thumb per role type:

• Production worker, forklift, warehouse: 24–48 hours
• Welder, fitter, technical: 2–4 working days
• CNC programmer, specialised: 5–10 working days
• Volume projects (10+): kick-off within 48h, first 5 within 1 week
