How do I submit a request for a craftsman?

Three ways: form, WhatsApp or call us directly. What do we need to deliver quickly?

Request in four steps

Requesting a craftsman from FlexHero takes about 5 minutes. The approach varies slightly depending on the method, but we always follow these four steps — and always with the same promise: the first profiles will be with you within 48 hours.

Step 1: Choose your method

The quickest way is via the request form on our website (type in /aanvraag). For urgent requests: call +31 85 62 05 000 or WhatsApp. Existing customers can log in to the client portal.

Step 2: Provide the key details

Role, number of people, start date, location, preferred working hours, experience required (mid-level/senior) and any certificates (VCA, forklift, welder certificate). The more specific you are, the faster we can match you.

Step 3: Receive profiles within 48 hours

Our recruiter selects candidates from our pool of over 2,400 craftsmen. You will receive 2–4 anonymous profiles by email or via the client portal. No blind CV dump.

Step 4: Approval & onboarding

You give the go-ahead for one or more profiles. We arrange the contract, ID check, housing (if required) and transport to the workplace. The craftsman reports for duty on the agreed date.

What does a profile contain?

Each candidate is presented anonymously in a standardised profile containing:

• Job title and relevant work experience (years + type of business)
• Key machinery/processes/certificates
• Availability (start date, shifts, period)
• Language proficiency (NL/EN/ES/PT/IT)
• Place of residence and willingness to travel
• Recruiter’s comments (“why is this person a good fit”)

Personal details (name, home address, photo) are only provided after an interview has been agreed.

How quickly can we deliver?

Rule of thumb per job type:

• Production worker, forklift operator, warehouse: 24–48 hours
• Welder, fitter, technical: 2–4 working days
• CNC programmer, specialist: 5–10 working days
• Volume projects (10+): kick-off within 48 hours, first 5 within 1 week
