How do I register with FlexHero?

Registering step by step — what do you need, how long does it take, when will you hear from us?

Registering in four steps

Registering with FlexHero takes you 10 minutes on average. Then we do the work: a recruiter calls you within one working day, schedules an intake interview and actively searches for suitable vacancies. Below you can read exactly what you need to do.

Step 1: Fill in the registration form

Go to our registration page and enter your name, email, phone number and home address. Also indicate what type of work you're looking for (welding, production, logistics, etc.) and in which region you're available. The form is available in 4 languages — Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian.

Step 2: Upload your CV and BSN/ID

We need your valid passport or ID card, plus a CV (a short version is fine — our CV tool helps you in 5 minutes). Don't have a BSN yet? If you're from Europe, we'll help you via the RNI desk.

Step 3: Schedule an intake interview

A recruiter will call you within 1 working day. We discuss your work experience, certificates (VCA, forklift, welding certificates), availability and any wishes regarding housing or transport.

Step 4: Sign the contract digitally

Once we have a match, you receive the ABU staffing contract by email. You sign digitally via Signhost. Then you can start — usually within 3 to 7 days of the intake interview.

What do you need?

• Valid ID — passport or EU ID card. A driving licence is not sufficient for staffing work.
• BSN — if you live in the Netherlands. No BSN? We'll help you at the RNI in Eindhoven, Den Haag or Heerlen.
• IBAN — a Dutch or European bank account in your own name.
• Work experience or certificates — VCA, forklift, welding certificates and the like (can be uploaded separately).
• CV — if you have one; otherwise our CV tool helps you in 5 minutes.

What happens after registering?

Within 1 working day you'll get a call or WhatsApp from a recruiter who speaks your language — Dutch, English, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian. In the intake interview we discuss your experience, your availability and the region where you want to work. If we have matching vacancies, we present them straight away.

For example: if you register on Tuesday with TIG welding certificates, in many cases you can have an interview with a client on Thursday and start on Monday. For simpler roles (production, forklift) it often goes even faster.

Frequently asked questions about registering

Do I need to speak Dutch?

For most industrial and logistics roles, basic English is sufficient. For customer-facing or managerial roles we require Dutch at B1 level. We help you with free Dutch courses through our language programmes.

Are there any costs involved in registering?

No. Registering is completely free. There are no hidden costs either — we are paid by the client. Any costs for housing or transport are stated transparently in your contract in advance.

How long do you keep my details?

As standard, 2 years after your last activity (in accordance with the GDPR). You can request deletion at any time via privacy@flexhero.com. See our privacy statement for details.
