How do I register with FlexHero?

Step-by-step registration — what do you need, how long does it take, when will you hear back?

Registration in four steps

Registering with FlexHero takes an average of 10 minutes. After that, we do the work: a recruiter will call you within one working day, schedule an intake interview and actively search for suitable vacancies. Below you can read exactly what you need to do.

Good to know: Registering is free and doesn’t commit you to anything. You can stop at any time or have your details deleted.

Step 1: Fill in the registration form

Go to our registration page and enter your name, email address, telephone number and home address. Also indicate what type of work you are looking for (welder, production, logistics, etc.) and in which region you are available. The form is available in 4 languages — Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian.

Step 2: Upload your CV and BSN/ID

We need your valid passport or ID, plus a CV (a short version is fine — our CV tool will help you in 5 minutes). Don’t have a BSN yet? If you’re from Europe, we’ll help you via the RNI desk.

Step 3: Schedule an intake interview

A recruiter will call you within 1 working day. We’ll discuss your work experience, certificates (VCA, forklift, welding certificates), availability and preferences regarding housing or transport.

Step 4: Sign the contract digitally

If we find a match, you’ll receive the ABU temporary employment contract by email. You’ll sign it digitally via Signhost. After that, you can start — usually within 3 to 7 days of the initial interview.

What do you need?

  • Valid ID — passport or EU ID. A driving licence is not sufficient for temporary work.
  • BSN — if you live in the Netherlands. No BSN? We’ll help you at the RNI in Eindhoven, The Hague or Heerlen.
  • IBAN — Dutch or European bank account in your own name.
  • Work experience or certificates — VCA, forklift, welding certificates, and the like (you can upload them separately).
  • CV — if you have one; otherwise, our CV tool will help you create one in 5 minutes.

What happens after registration?

Within 1 working day, you’ll receive a phone call or WhatsApp message from a recruiter who speaks your language — Dutch, English, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian. During the initial interview, we’ll discuss your experience, your availability and the region where you’d like to work. If we have suitable vacancies, we’ll present them to you straight away.

For example: if you register on Tuesday with TIG welding certificates, in many cases you can have an interview with a client company on Thursday and start on Monday. For simpler roles (production, forklift), it often happens even faster.

Are there any costs associated with registration?

No. You can register completely free of charge. There are also no hidden costs — we are paid by the client company. Any costs for housing or transport are clearly stated in your contract in advance.

How long do you keep my data?

As standard, for 2 years after the last activity (in accordance with the GDPR). You can request deletion at any time via privacy@FlexHero.com. See our privacy statement for details.
