SNF-certified locations, costs, rules, what you get and what you don't.

What do we offer?

FlexHero offers housing in SNF-certified locations throughout the Netherlands — concentrated in Brabant, Limburg, Gelderland and Noord-Holland. Locations range from apartment complexes to holiday parks and redeveloped hotels. All of them meet strict requirements for space, safety and hygiene.

What do you get?

• Your own bedroom (privacy guaranteed — no bunk beds)
• A maximum of 2 people per room (in line with the SNF standard)
• Shared kitchen with fridge, oven, hob and microwave
• Shared bathroom (max 8 people per bathroom)
• Free wifi and all utilities included
• Weekly cleaning of communal areas
• Bed linen and towels (one-off or changed weekly)

What does it cost?

The rent is automatically deducted from your pay, in line with the CAO standard: a maximum of 25% of your net pay. Guide price 2026: €65 per week, including all costs (energy, internet, cleaning, bed linen). No hidden costs.

House rules

To keep things liveable for everyone, house rules apply: no noise after 22:00, no smoking indoors, no visitors after 22:00 without prior agreement, and no giving keys to third parties. Repeated violations lead to a warning or termination of the tenancy agreement.

Departure & final inspection

When you leave, we do a final inspection together. Any damage beyond normal use is deducted from your final pay (in line with the overview in your contract). Leave the room clean, hand in your keys, and you'll get your deposit back within 2 weeks (if paid).

Don't need FlexHero housing?

Fine — you're free to arrange your own accommodation. Give us your address at intake and let us know about new addresses in good time. Travel allowance is then paid in line with the CAO.
