What do we offer?

FlexHero offers housing in SNF-certified locations throughout the Netherlands — with a high concentration in Brabant, Limburg, Gelderland and North Holland. Locations range from apartment blocks to holiday parks and refurbished hotels. All meet strict requirements for space, safety and hygiene.

What do you get?

• Your own bedroom (privacy guaranteed — no bunk beds)
• Maximum of 2 people per room (in accordance with SNF standards)
• Shared kitchen with fridge, oven, hob and microwave
• Shared bathroom (max. 8 people per bathroom)
• Free Wi-Fi and all utilities included
• Weekly cleaning of communal areas
• Bed linen and towels (changed once or weekly)

How much does it cost?

The rent is automatically deducted from your wages, in accordance with the collective agreement: a maximum of 25% of your net wages. Estimated price for 2026: €110–€150 per week, including all costs (energy, internet, cleaning, bed linen). No hidden costs.

House rules

To ensure a pleasant living environment for everyone, the following house rules apply: no noise disturbance after 22:00, no smoking indoors, no visitors after 22:00 without prior consultation, and do not give keys to third parties. Repeated breaches will result in a warning or termination of the tenancy agreement.

Departure & final inspection

On departure, we will carry out a final inspection together. If there is any damage beyond normal wear and tear, this will be deducted from your final payment (in accordance with the breakdown in your contract). Leave the room clean, hand in the keys, and you will receive your deposit back within two weeks (if paid).

No need for FlexHero housing?

Fine — you’re free to find your own accommodation. Please provide your address during the intake process and notify us of any new addresses in good time. You will then be entitled to a travel allowance in accordance with the collective agreement.
