The intake process explained
From request to start date — what happens behind the scenes, how long does each step take?
The complete process in 7 steps
- Application received — via form, WhatsApp, phone or portal
- Briefing call (within 4 hours) — recruiter calls for further details
- Matching (4–24 hours) — recruiter scans the pool, screens candidates
- Profiles delivered (24–48 hours) — anonymous profiles via portal or email
- Approval & interview — you select, we arrange the introductory meeting
- Contract & onboarding — we handle all the paperwork
- Start & aftercare — first day at work, check-in after 1 week
What exactly does the recruiter do?
The recruiter is your single point of contact throughout the entire assignment. Specifically:
- Understands your requirements and asks the right follow-up questions
- Searches our pool of 2,400+ active craftsmen
- Calls potential candidates to check their availability and motivation
- Creates anonymous profiles (to avoid name/photo bias)
- Arranges introductory interviews at your premises or via video call
- Arranges housing, transport and all contractual matters
- Conducts the week-1 and month-1 follow-up calls
Onboarding — what do we do before day 1?
Once you have agreed on a candidate, we arrange:
- temporary employment contract (your hirer's remuneration in accordance with the collective labour agreement)
- ID check & BSN verification
- VCA / mandatory certificates (assessment & renewal)
- Housing (SNF location if required)
- Transport (carpool or public transport)
- Workwear/PPE (S3 shoes, helmet, hearing protection)
- Safety briefing (in your own language)
Aftercare and feedback loop
After week 1, your recruiter will call both the candidate and you for a quick check-in. Is everything going well? Is there anything that needs adjusting? Another call after 1 month. This prevents 80% of minor irritations that would otherwise escalate.
