How to upload your CV in 5 minutes
Our CV tool creates a professional profile — even if you don’t have a Word or PDF file.
Why do you need a CV?
Client companies want to know who they’re bringing into their factory or workshop. A clear CV listing roles, years of experience, qualifications and languages speeds up the matching process enormously. No CV? No problem — our CV tool will create one for you in 5 minutes.
The CV tool: step by step
Step 1 — Personal details
Enter your name, phone number, email address and place of residence. Date of birth is optional — age should not be a factor in recruitment. We do not ask for photos (anti-discrimination).
Step 2 — Work experience
For each job: company, role, period (month/year), and 2–3 sentences about what you did. For example: “MIG/MAG welding on 4–20 mm steel, daily production of industrial frames, working in accordance with NEN-EN ISO 9606.”
Step 3 — Certificates
Upload or tick: VCA-Basis, VCA-VOL, forklift certificate (TCVT), welding certificates (per process and material), reach truck, first aid, Code 95, etc. Valid until when? Enter the expiry date so that we can assist you with renewal in good time.
Step 4 — Languages & education
Which languages do you speak and at what level (A1 to C2)? What qualifications have you completed? Diplomas aren’t necessary — your word is enough for most roles.
Tip: The more specific you are about machine types (Mazak, Trumpf, Mitsubishi, etc.) and welding processes, the quicker we can find the right match.
Do you already have a CV?
Great — drag the PDF or Word file into the upload box. Our AI automatically extracts the structure, and all you need to do is check that everything is correct. We accept PDF, .docx, .doc, .odt and .txt files up to 10 MB.
What happens to my CV?
Your CV is stored in a secure, ISO 27001-certified environment. Only FlexHero recruiters can see your details. Only when we match you with a vacancy, and with your explicit consent, will we send an anonymised profile (without your name, home address or photo) to the client company. Your name will only be revealed once you’ve agreed to an interview.
