About the position.

looking for a motivated all-round Welder who is eager to learn new welding techniques and has a strong affinity for engineering and metalworking. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding and assembling a wide variety of metal products using different welding techniques and materials such as stainless steel, steel, and aluminum. The role requires the ability to read technical drawings, work independently, maintain quality standards, and keep the workspace clean and organized. A proactive attitude, willingness to support other departments, and a strong team spirit are essential for success in this position.

What will you be doing?

• Weld and assemble various customer products
• Perform welding work according to technical drawings
• Work independently on assigned projects
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Ensure product quality and accuracy
• Support other departments when required
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
• Continuously improve efficiency and workmanship
• Learn and apply new welding techniques when necessary

What we ask of you.

• Welding of stainless steel (RVS), steel, and aluminum
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Knowledge of various welding techniques
• Assembly and fabrication of metal components
• Understanding of metalworking processes
• Ability to maintain quality standards during production
• Willingness to learn new welding techniques, including manual welding processes
• Basic understanding of manufacturing and metal fabrication environments

Bonus — nice to have:

• Previous experience as a welder or in a similar position
• Experience with multiple welding techniques is preferred
• Experience reading technical drawings is preferred
• Experience working with stainless steel, steel, and aluminum is an advantage
• Candidates with a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply
• Affinity with metalworking or machine building is considered beneficial
