CNC Milling Operator

About the position.

Set up, operate, and optimize CNC milling machines. Work on high-precision parts in single pieces and small series. Contribute to complex machining projects with a high level of accuracy

What will you be doing?

• Set up and align workpieces on CNC milling machines
• Operate and monitor machining processes
• Produce high-precision components (small and large formats)
• Work closely with work preparation and supervisors
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and proper finishing
• Contribute to a clean and organized workspace

What we ask of you.

• Experience with CNC milling machines
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings (2D/3D)
• Strong 3D insight and technical understanding
• Experience with programming (on-machine or offline) is a plus
• Knowledge of tooling, clamping, and alignment techniques

Bonus — nice to have:

• Technical education (preferably MBO level)
• Experience as a CNC milling operator
• Ability to work independently
• Motivated to develop skills further
