About the position.
Working as an Operations Employee in a production plant. Responsible for starting and monitoring the grinding process. Supporting production to ensure smooth factory operations
What will you be doing?
- Start up and adjust the grinding process independently
- Perform production and technical tasks
- Enter data and check product recipes in the system
- Solve minor technical issues and perform basic maintenance
- Check product quality together with the laboratory
- Support weighbridge activities (weigh trucks, check documents, guide drivers)
- Coordinate with lab and production departments
What we ask of you.
- Basic technical and production knowledge
- Ability to operate systems and perform light maintenance
- Good communication and computer skills
- Understanding of quality control processes
- Teamwork and flexibility
Bonus — nice to have:
- LBO/MBO level in logistics or technical field
- Experience in production or industrial environment is preferred
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Basic knowledge of Dutch (English/German is a plus)
